Hi, I'm Brandon Strickland, the son of the owner of Ark-La Outdoors. I'm the one who constructed this website that you are viewing now. Even though this site may look semi professional, I don't consider myself a major site creator. Sure you look at this site and may say, wow it's very well done. But the truth is, it's not that hard to put together something like this. In fact there are better ways to make sites that resemble the look of this one.

Over many years I have learned many things about computers and how to use them. I have even gone through a computer repair course and am a certified computer repair technician (According to Education Direct). I've fixed my own computer several times when a part would go out or if a program would go crazy. Fixed other peoples computers when they would have a small error (usually user related). It doesn't take a genius to figure out how to use computers, if you sit down long enough in front of one day in and day out like I do you too will learn what I have learned and may even learn more than what I will ever know.

I would of never possibly had this big of an interest in computers if not for my uncle Billy. He gave me an old laptop years ago and it peaked my curiosity. Now when I go in stores like Wal-Mart, K-Mart, Office Depot or practically any store that has a computer electronics section I usually head to the electronics department first to check out what new computer stuff they have. It's almost like those who admire old classic cars and do the "Tim The Tool Man" grunt when seeing them. Same goes for me and computers. Even though at times they get aggravating, it's usually never the computers fault but user error.

For those of you who don't know what Farscape is, it is a "like Star Trek/Buck Rogers Sci-Fi Show" which is about an astronaut from Earth who gets catapulted through a wormhole into a distant part of the universe where he meets aliens, falls in love, and kicks the bad guys ee'ma.
